Then again,,,

This knowledge is only based on the fact that we were told the "Guardian" appeared to be an armored skeleton. He could still very well be an animated statue that looks like a skeletal warrior...

Also, I noted that our valiant cavalier has a shield, shield bashing is blunt damage no?

The Enemy

Your knowledge of the creature is related to Malagaar's description of it. And you are very correct in the matter of shield bashing.

i seem to notice

For a scenario that starts off with three zombies and a skeleton guardian, our group came mostly unprepared....
Should have taken a proficiency in 'rock' or 'tree limb'
assassin with a snake bat. why not? lol

Preparation

I like the fact that we've come unprepared. It shows just how much of shock the turn of events were. It adds to the feeling and roleplay. Commendations to Philosopher!

I think I may have volunteered to die.

Also, I think buying some blunt weapons later would be a good idea.

Post Seven.

Alright. Threw in a little banter, and a request for an action plan. Just so I know what you guys are going to do without guessing or bringing about ad hoc insanity.

Action Plan?

How's that for a plan of action? The Immolator may favor action over words, but can deliver a hell of a speech no?

agreed

For sure. Made Arimm decide you were the best likely party leader, and now, even has a scheme of his own, which involves recognizing you as leader.
(For many more reasons than to just take whatever side Malagaar isn't on. lmao)

Quaterstaff location?

I'm just wondering who has the quaterstaff at this moment. I thought Istanius had it.

Staff

It would appear, from a simple reading of the posts thus far, that Istanius does in fact currently hold the staff, it was simply Canicus' recommendation that you instead use your shield and that Tyrvia allow Malagaar to use the staff instead.

Valid point.

Indeed, the longer the ritual remains undone, the more the men of Alaron suffer.

I.... have a question

Hey Philly, i got a question. This area we are in... whats exactly is it like? Are there trees, or is it more just a stone walk way with nothing above?
The building the guardian stands in front of, is there an outcropping of stone, or any portruding stones or statues?
This all ties into my plan....

You're asking the wrong person. :p

Actually. You'd have to ask Malagaar. I'll give him the details in a pm. Haha. Gives more reason for role play.
