Is there no chance Grugg can be worked in later?

Addy

I've been in every game you'e run from Audalis, to otherworldly, to Ninja burger and beyond from what I remember (except star wars), and sadly, they have all died in one form or another, as all are destined to do eventually as Life intercedes. But what I do remember about almost all of them was the amazing strength of their start, and I truely hope we can keep this one as energized as possible. I'd have to agree with ginafae's line of thought. I don't wanna lose touch with the character, is there a possibility of starting without Grugg? Since he's left an undisclosed time of absence?"

well

Yea, but the first mission is short and due to the nature of it, I sort of need him at this meeting. I can write him in to the first mission, but either way I need a timeline.

aye

I know I have that curse, and I don't want this game to suffer the same fate. I can't explain too much without giving away the first mission. If I don't hear from him by tonight (and I'll try to get ahold him privately) I'll go ahead and update without him.

Hey y'all,
I'm having a grand time following this. All the characters are outstanding and the storyline is riveting.
It drew me in from the first line. Kinda has the feel of "The Chronicles of Riddick"

Can't wait to read more

...

Glad you like it Lyskhala!

Quick query Addy. Do we know anything of Carrigan's wider philosophy as an Inquisitor (ie. whether she's a puritan or radical etc.)?

well

She hasn't really had a chance to develop it yet. This is her first assignment. But she was trained by Rykehuss, who is in the book, so you can figure she shares a lot of his thoughts.

From what you know, she tends to side with the status quo. She'll likely turn over alien technology to the Mechanicus and wash her hands of it. She did go through sanctioning, so he is fanatical in her loyalty. You could probably figure out that you are more likely to be destroying or quarantining alien technology than using it, and more likely to be executing mutants and witches than purifying and using them. If she were still a psyker, then you might be rounding them up for a Black Ship, but now it's more likely you'll be killing more prisoners than taking them.

Glad to have you along Lys!
