Yeah, you guys find the same auras.

The two of you, after a long enough time, can discover that the source of the auras to be mostly magical residue.

Nimu, since you stated you're making the Spellcraft and Knowledge (Arcana) checks, you determine that the majority of the Auras are Conjuration (creation), and they are found around some of the wet spots in the field. The others are a mix of transmutation and abjuration.

The large aura near the city however, is also Conjuration (creation). However, it is much more powerful, and feels almost wet. Like, when you look at it, you feel a bit slimy and damp, though it's simply a sensation.

Brianna, your character would discover this as well, if she did the checks.

I'm assuming that because they are just outside of Badon and the aura is visible Selunine will be able to use the shortest casting time of Legend Lore. If not let me know and I'll make a change.

However, I didn't notice in your inventory the four sticks of Ivory worth 50 gp each is. The feat Eschew Materials only means you don't need material components with a cost less then 1 gp.

However, if you wish for an alternative that I can suggest... There's Contact Other Plane. No material component. Slightly less descriptive, but it's easy.

That's an oversight on my part, sorry. I'll have to double check all of Selunine's spells and purchase their components at the next available opportunity. Contact Other Plane would definitely be a good replacement, but Selunine doesn't know the spell. I'll have her cast Limited Wish towards the same end, that is so long as the XP cost won't drop her below her current level (let me know on this).

No, you have gained enough RP experience to have the 300 xp required.

However, just as a small observation, if you're going to use limited wish, then Legend Lore suddenly becomes available again as an option. Limited wish requires components if they cost more than 1,000 gp.

So, the choice is yours; Legend Lore, or Contact Other Plane?

I had planned to update on the weekend, but as you all know, we had a bit of a service outage.

I did my best to make everything as simple as possible, and listing everything that was important. If I missed anything, let me know.

Also, I've decided that after the combat has been resolved (either the enemies are dead, or in no way to harm you, and locked away or something) I will explain them. As in, tell you what their class levels were, feats, bonuses, etc. This will happen for all the enemies.

And Nimu... I just realized how much I hate that Dominate Person spell. Good move though. I congratulate you for it.
