2) Where would be the nearest supermarket outside of town?

I really wish i could copy and paste the visual results from google maps....you could see exactly where walmart is. If you would like, you can search it on google though and see for yourself. Walmart is on the outskirts of Herkimer. However, it's built in such a way that the only way to get out of the parkinglot, is to head back towards the center of the village.

As you come out of the parkinglot, you can take a right, which puts you on State Street which becomes Route 5. This actually becomes a raised bridge as it passes walmart. Or you go straight, past mcdonalds and Applebees and Dollar Tree and into herkimer.

if you DO find a way to leave Herkimer, Route 5 will head straight to Utica (a city 15 minutes away), or you can get off an exit a mile outside herkimer which will put you in Ilion, where there is an ALDY's!!!! Cheap ass Supermarket.

Al, If you could show me how to do that, I would appreciate it, i could use maps and edit them to make location descriptions easier.

download Google Earth, find Herkimer NY, zoom in as you want, and push the print screen button. Then you go into a drawing program and paste it. Simple as that.

edit: print screen button is abbreviated to [Prt Sc], on your keyboard.

Intermittent connectivity. Has not forgotten us!

I will be away with work starting tomorrow (July 3rd) until July 16th inclusively. I will attempt to post soon after that, but will likely need to catch up on work and family back home first. Give me a few days grace.

As a further "heads-up", summer is always a "busy" time for me as, with work and vacation, I will be away for 8 of the next 10 weeks with limited connectivity. Feel free to NPC Melina until mid-September... or make her part of the next Zombie Strippers film project.

As far as Melina is concerned, I was going to have her head to the back of the store and see what she could find back there. She have the boy come with her too, if he's willing... but won't wait around for him.
