Nah, only t_catt and Grugg are in the future. That's how they monitor the site.

By placing the Inn in the future they have the time they need to review posts.

Now the other monitors are set up with time warps so they confer with t_catt and Grugg in real time which is really hyper real time i.e. the future.

They also have to jump forward when the do their shift. Only they forget everything upon shifting back to real time and can not benefit for anything they may have learned about the real world, such as business deals and the like.

If they tried to send themselves messages with information from the future then Grugg is assigned to eat them.

(There used to be more monitors. The saying about "Don't Feed Grugg" is really a coded reminder to the monitors to keep them on their toes.)

Grugg is totally devoted to his job and to t_catt. Besides he knows that t_catt invoked the SMITE in the beginning and fears the creators power.

That leaves the question of why doesn't t_catt use this power to gain fame and riches?
