Topic: Smuggler's Moon Q&A
Subject: Fair enough

*bounces about*

I'm exciiited!! I wrote up some of Jesse's background for later use. It's been a while since I had a character I could sink my teeth into as well as this one.

Celeste it helps if you get a drink of water first since I'm guessing you, like me, are not overly slobbery like our dear friend, Eol. Also think about something (or someone whatever makes you drool) tasty and *pounces Jenna and swipes my tongue up the side of her face*

Nothing can come close to the master of course. :3 Mmmm whipped cream.

Subject: Funny you should mention that...

I've been brushing up on my maritime slang and reminding my brain the names of ship parts.

It really is making me miss sleeping at sea though. Hard to NOT sleep well when rocked to sleep by mother nature herself. *yawn* or maybe I'm just sleepy. Was kept up too late and woken up too early.

I can't wait to get poor Jesse mixed up with this crew. Poor boy'll be driven daft by the first morning.

I hardly consider the Bracelet to be mediocre talent and I know several people agree.

It still just resonates somewhere deep in you. You'd have to be soulless to read this and not have an emotional reaction to it.

Topic: Chessic made me write poetry!
Subject: and on a more depressing note

I wrote this for my departed beloved.

Has it really only been two years?

Has it really already been two years?

I live in a constant hell without you.

I've done so much without you.

Every morning your memory haunts me.

Every morning the pain lessens just a bit.

Some days I can't drag myself into the world.

Some days I can't keep myself from the world.

I constantly think of how much I wish you were here.

I constantly think of how proud of me you'd be if you were here.

I can't even think of letting you go.

I think I am beginning to let you go.

Subject: Chessic made me write poetry!

I blame this entirely on Chessic. I do not like poetry, nor am I good at it, but the first night I read his poems it inspired me to write this.

I am the keeper of the shattered heroes, whose names once were a roar.
I am the collector of the beautiful broken, once loved and needed never more.
Give unto me your unwanted, your useless, wrecked and old.
Let me take them to my shelter, and there in my arms I'll hold.
I am the matron of misfits, of the strange that have no home.
I am the haven of the lost for when they cease to roam.
Do not hide your flaws from me, display them with great pride.
And if the world does shun you, I'll be your place to hide.

I added that in. ^_^

Any fine tuning would be nice honestly. I haven't written a resume since high school and then it was just a fake one that only my teacher saw.

It's a year not a zip code, but thank you sugar.

They told us the year was sufficient, do you think I should put the month I graduated too?

So I'm trying to get a side job since my massage business is not exactly taking off. Unfortunately I've only been in this business for about three months so I don't have any real work experience beyond my internship. We were told in school not to put any work that doesn't pertain to massage on there, but my resume's painfully bare. I was hoping if I posted it here maybe someone who has some experience writing them could shoot me some pointers. Keep in mind that the formatting is all messed up on here.

I'm not going to put my contact information but assume that it goes here.

Subject: Bad reputations are hard to live down..

It was early 2000's before I started playing and I still had to face people thinking that D&D was satanic and telling me the evils of it.

People likened it to doing witchcraft and was told on more than one occasion it was the path to violence and damnation...
