Topic: Dawn Falcon Q&A
Subject: haha

Well I had been joking about the slide tubes being used to get everywhere but I actually don't see why she couldn't have a slide. It could be a hatch she could close used to dump sand and empty shells that gather in the gun pits. I'm sure Engie easily could have rigged it up so it could serve as an emergency exit of sorts.

They're a rather impractical way of getting everywhere else on the ship though.

Keep up the good work crew, or there'll be floggings!!

There's something so bittersweet about those two.

and got it, Jesse up at a ridiculous hour and stuck to Marlowe like a burr stuck to a boar's butt.

Posts up asap or it's twenty lashes.

Except for Eol, if he doesn't post he doesn't get any lashes.

Does this mean I should quit irritating folk so they can post?

*hums* I guess I'm just a bit antsy as of late. Too much creative energy and not enough directions to expel it in.

The first thing that comes to mind is depending on the amount of damage one is capable of dealing to someone's main character at a time, this could be a potentially insanely long game.

I would actually have to sit and play a couple games before I think I could really grasp the gameplay too firmly but since it borrows rules from MTG and I'm guessing just a little bit from L5R I think I can piece together enough to say from what you have here it seems like it would be fun to play.

I am going to tease a bit and say I don't think you need to point out what is and what isn't important. If it isn't an important step, you probably can exclude it entirely, unless it's a munchkin game then you have to have all the extra steps no matter how useless.

Just going to throw this request out here for the sake of girl gamers everywhere. If you ever start making real cards for this. HAVE HOT MALE CHARACTERS!!!

That sounds like a horrible way to get whirly-gizmos in horrible places if hopping in and not paying attention.

*nods* I'm thinking the ship probably has little observation sort of decks in a lot of places and walkways along the side for repairs to various things.

Screw it, the Falcon is built like a McDonald's play place. if you want to get somewhere you have to slide down the proper tube. (That sounds like something from a paranoia game)

Edit: Yeah, I'm thinking something sorta like that too, miss Butterfly. Funnily enough I was thinking either three or even four levels too.

Topic: Dawn Falcon Q&A
Subject: Oh and also...

I'm working on a sort of floorplan as to what is on each level. Anyone have any input on this? I know the engine is on the lowest level, along with Engie's workshop and I suspect the cargo hold would probably be on the level just above so we're not having to haul all that heavy junk up several levels of narrow ship walkways.

I probably will just write said floor plan out... as you guys have seen my awesome paint drawings... heh...-_-;

With such literary treasures to tickle the imagination, how could I be anything but spoiled? Nearly every day there is a new feast for my ever gluttonous brain.

If you guys are trying to spoil me it's working.

Adore Engie, she's exactly how I imagined she would be fromt he first little tid-bit you posted in the recruitment thread. <3 I am LOVING the characters in this guys, you're amazing.

Hehe I can't wait either, the dynamic between them all is already making me grin.

which was supposedly to be wonderful but I flubbed it and decided I liked it. Only have one hand, Lily demands to be petted with the other one. Silly dog's scared witless of storms.

Wonderful post, Eol, not that I expected less what with you and Celeste involved. Have I mentioned that I love these two already?

Can't wait to see what everyone else cooks up. <3

My quest for beer hasn't really gone anywhere except me going to the liquor store the next county over and looking at the selection, or rather the sad lack of.

Best of luck with your blondes of the future, may they always be full bodied and what not.

I should have asked her to put some bloodstains on the lab coat. *grins*

Ardis will not risk losing the best engineer he's ever met over some marks. They make enough to keep the ship in... mostly working order and pay the crew.
