Subject: Hello everyone!
My name is Isaac, although the computer seems to think it's Schnozzle. I am an electrician by trade and a homebrewer by habit. For many years I played a game in ffiends.com called Dragon Court, and there joined a free form rpg forum known as the Journeyers, but I have long since stopped playing. I've been playing D&D for About a year now (I'm the DM), but I'm finding that adult life and regular games don't go together well. So when your confederate t_catt11 has directed me here via a common interest thread on reddit, I was overjoyed. When I joined, I was welcomed here with a warmth I had forgotten existed on the web. I am glad to see such a community still alive in the modern age, and look forward to being called one of your own.
I have been invited to play in the Trilogy Wars, which I am told is rather exciting. Here's to it then, let's get started!

Subject: Kind of new, looking for a game
Hi,
I've been DMing a live game for around a year now, but I have no other experience playing D&D or any other dice-based RPG. For many years I was a part of a post based free-form RPG game that had spun off of a Java-based game called Dragon Court, so when I was pointed this direction by t_catt11 I had to check it out.
I want to be involved in a classic fantasy game that has room for a bit of lightheartedness. I can do rules or freeform. Only familiar with 3.5 mechanics but I'm a quick study.
