Maybe it wasn't such a good idea to be the tough guy as a low level mage in D&D.

Olan's thoughts for this strip:
This is another strip based off of an actual gaming session. I truly could not believe it when the mage's player stated that he would actually slap the barbarian for his cowardice. But then, he turned his back...

As I recall, he was rather surprised at the result, though it seemed like the only logical outcome to me.

Script for this strip:
Steve (narrator): “The taller barbarian stands his ground to fight, though he looks fearful in the face of the undead.”

Steve (narrator): “The shorter one, however, has his courage fail. He flees the room screaming in mindless terror.”
Barbarian: “AAAAIIIIEEEEEE!!!”

Ray: “He’ll bring everything on this level down on us! Brad and I can handle these guys… Tim, you and Amy shut that moron up!”

Amy: “We’re on it!”

Barbarian: “AAAAIIIIEEEEEE!!!”
Jhim: “Silence, you fool!”

Dalana: “Be quiet now, or I shoot you where you stand.”
Jhim: “Idiot! You’ll waken the rest of the dead!”
Barbarian: “Dead walk! We no can kill the dead!”

Jhim: “Silence!”

Barbarian: (hate-filled expression)

Barbarian: (swinging his club and striking Jhim from behind)
