Welcome...

Welcome Gboy and Lady Dark, we be having some fun now.
You guys get to jump in at mid battle.

Lady Dark, don't be surprised if Ulthok flirts a bit, he may be a bit smitten by Sirene's beauty.

Answers for Odyson

1.) Are 5 and 9 in such a position that Ulthok could risk a bow shot?
[Yes, all are airborne] 2.) At what point is it considered an attack so he become visible if Ulthok does a sword attack:
[c: when he stabs the bug]
Moving without a sword drawn is just a move, but could moving with a drawn sword be considered an attack? [No unless you swing it at something] I'm pretty sure stabbing would always be considered an attack, lol. [Yes]
I'm trying to figure if he should move first, position for a backstab and then draw the sword and stab. I goes to how to write the story and achieve what he intends to happen. [You can move half your movement and attack, however if you move your full move then you cannot attack I believe, have to look it up to be 100% sure]

in game

Don't forget to post your ideas in game. It makes it easier for "characters" to interact and we don;t have to fall back on "player knowledge" to coordinate the attacks.

I'll start on the post...

Ok, I'll have Ulthok kind of suggest actions using their weapons as he does his. He'll use the bow again to get at the two bugs on the far side of Althena, 9 and 5.

LD check your spells....

Not so creepy, Sirene has Detect Invisibility so Ulthok wouldn't stand a chance, besides he's sort of a gentleman, sort of, .

Just think if they got into an argument and she says, "Get out of my sight." "Poof".

Ok Heads up

I will be posting this coming Sunday the 2nd so if you have not gotten a post in.
Lady Dark
Brianna
Please do so by Sunday afternoon.

Also I have offered the role of YeOlde's samurai to Kyle's son so hopefully by Weds I should know if we have a replacement player. Now be aware that Kyle's son though a newbe to the Inn is no newbe to AD&D as he was playing table top in our group at a very early age and has continued to do so off and on ever since. I'm sure with his Dad's help and yours he will fit in here very well and do YeOlde's spirit proud.
Lets all keep our fingers crossed that he accepts

Player update

Ok Kyle's son has decided to play in my Deathlands game instead of this one so our new player will be Takley playing as Kenji. Lets all please welcome him and show him just how much we are glad he has joined our game.

Woop...woop..

What a team...what a team!!!!

Cool battle, now down to saving Althena. Someone get her a glass of Anti-poison.

Maybe time to start to think of our next move too.

The room seems cleared of the bugs so after Althena is healed we can drop the wall of fire and explore.

I think those doors that appeared behind the "Bug Hut" may lead to an interesting room. Of course there are plenty of other rooms to explore too as the stairs cool.

Besides the Sword, there should be some cool treasure here.
(Naw, it won't have any EVIL taint).

So gang what's next?

well...

i reccommend setting up a small perimeter and having the castrs triage the wounded and fallen.

good idea

it would make sense for the characters who excel in blade work to be on the outside, the ranged on the inside and Althena in the middle of us all
