Welcome ComeToPlay! Loved Einar too! He seems very, very unlike my young and innocent Cedric, so they'll doubtlessly see things differently. But that's just brilliant. With him and Siobhan our little party will be even more diverse and interesting to play with. 

I think I played a Vidarak once too, though to the death of me I cannot remember whose game it was and what my character was like. Einar reminds me a bit of Baldur in God of War. Hopefully he won't prove to be quite as mad though.  


EDIT: Found it! I had a Vidarak ranger called Brandr Bjornsson in Alacrity's game which either did happen or didn't

I entertained a Vidarak for HC, myself, but never got too far with the concept because I remembered the Kazari... thought it might be fun to play a character who everyone else thought of as a monster and, so, there was Ch'dau! Gotta say, I think it was a good trade.

Now... if I could get work to back up off me for five minutes, I could maybe get back to writing.

Definitely a very good trade! Not only do we have the fabulous Silver Cat of Coria, but now we also got a magnificent Vidarak boosting our combat skills. 

I did in fact base Einar's characterization somewhat on Baldur. I thought his motivation for attacking Kratos was so interesting. His desperation to feel, his reaction to his end was so poignant that I had to emulate it somehow. So hopefully Einar will be as euphoric when he meets his end lol

Now I feel less special with my Viking rogue.  But good to know Eins isn't completely alone in the world! Lol

And man I cannot wait for the whole gang to be in one place; I already have some scenes in mind for Einar to blunder his way through. Character conflict yippee!

Gotta agree on Baldur. Easily my most favorite NPC in the game, even if pain in the butt to defeat. 

Can't wait to see more of Einar in action. 

...I was looking at a Chindari, at first, not a Vidarak. Anyhooo...

And whaddya mean "less special"? I think Einar is pretty fantastic, myself... I mean just the idea of a one-handed rogue struck me as a downright unique concept. I'm anxious for he and Ch'dau to meet, for sure, and am super excited for the whole group to be brought together.

Now... who wants to come and work for me so I can goof off properly?
