That Looks Familiar...............

I was trying to find where I read that Ulthok had an Owl, it might have been in the first adventure. It may have been someone else. I'll still try to keep finding it but I'll abid where what ever he gets now.

Lack of posting...

Sorry Guys I have been really busy of late and have not had time to post this week . However, this week I will hopefully get some more time on my hands, so then I can produce this weeks post and a backpost for last week .

Gah...

This is what happens when you go shopping for spell components in WalMart. Let that be a lesson to you young hobbit!

Seriously though, am I the only one who thinks Ulthok might be possessed? Maybe he's become the familiar of some big bad?

No Good Deed....................

Well I guess Ulthok had too much fun at the Inn and now he has to pay the piper!

@Keeper

Ok Mr Keeper I hate to tell you but your post is incorrect. After the glow disappears so did the brazier and everything with it except for Ulthok. So there is no brazier for you to look at and comment about.

...

I was also wondering if Cor would really know what the correct spell component for a specific arcane spell is meant to be. He isn't a wizard after all.

Get Around Get Around, I Get Around......

Well I think that if Cor got to Ulthok quickly and was with Valene before she entered the glow then he would have seen the brazier. Also that old Dwarve has been around a while, he very well could have seen the spell of Find Familiar cast before even if he doesn't do that kind of magic. Cor was training Paladins so he's seen a lot and should know a lot. He also knows Ulthok from waaaaaaaaaaay back and knows his goof ups too. Since Ulthok looked unharmed he could feel he got his just desserts for not following the spell correctly and also there was that matter of the unfair drinking contest. .

Hmm...

Maybe, but in terms of game mechanics, Cor doesn't have 'Spellcraft' as a NWP (which is the one thing that might help him know what the correct spell components were).

Just seemed a bit metagamey to me *shrugs*.

ok

Alright I'll edit. Having traveled with mages and since several members of the group have cast find familiar it is not really a stretch that a wrong component was identified.

Song

"Out comes evil" by Lords of Acid?
Not exactly my cup of tea, but Google is my friend.

Also, good to be back from holidays.

I thought I had added it

But I only added it to the back-up character sheets. I will correct that today.

As for the song Raven you are correct . Though I never thought you'd be the one to guess the correct answer
20K for you.
