We've got a 'fresh faced Innmate' looking to get in on a Trek game and since my absence has thinned out the Cerberus staff a bit, I'm hoping to slide Duncan into a decent slot... he expressed interest in CEO and XO, sooooo, Jenth, my friend, let me know which way you're beaming and we'll make a decision from there.

P.S. Post in the works... Cerberus leave drydock by the end of today. oh... and Lt Cdr Jones reports on repair and refit status for the Charon, as well.

I'm handling thirteen hour shifts right now. I'm keeping up on things though, so I'll not hold things up. I do need to know if my ship doctor needs to be replaced, or not, and if there are any takers. Plus we need to add me science officer to the roster.

Hello all! I'm brand-new to the Inn, so a hearty greeting to those I haven't met yet. I'm really looking forward to the game and i think it'll be fun; this will be my first forum-based game. Not to worry, though, I'm a gamer from way back, and I'm a passing fair storyteller, so I should be able to keep Engineering moments somewhat less than dull. A brief request though: I tried to read the first few pages of the thread thus far, but I don't usually have a whole lot of time at one shot to be at the computer. Could someone give me a brief lowdown on what's happened between about Page 3 and Page 9 of the thread? Also, which dock are we at and so forth, so I can make my entrance properly and with some knowledge of the setting. Thanks, and I look forward to gaming with you.

A very brief rundown of happenings between pgs 3 and 9 - The crews aboard both Cerberus and Charon are "becoming acquainted" with one another (more so on the Cerberus as the Charon's crew have all served together for quite some time - Cerberus is "brand spankin'" new as far as crew and the ship herself. There are Romulans aboard Cerberus, installing the cloak and 'escorting' the other to DS9 for installation on the Charon... realtions betwenn the Romulans and Fleet personnel have been icy and perhaps antagonistic thus fur but, over the course of the last three days, the two groups have at least started working well together (and Mac may have even developed a 'begrudging appreciation' for Sienae)... There's an alien sabotuer in your dept (for now), Lt Cdr Cameron, that no one seems to be aware of, as yet.... smells like trouble... ...

Anyway, most of the action on those pages have occurred aboard the Charon (thanks to my disappearance earlier and troubles getting back IC when I returned)... There are lots of interesting developments that have transpired aboard the Charon and DS9 that most certainly will have an impact on Cerberus' crew later (or sooner), of course, but nothing that 'has to be read' immediately in order for you to get started. The cloak, as of my last post (which woofs us ahead to launch day) is installed on the Cerberus and we're prepping for launch. Hoping to have that post up a bit later, got just a touch more to go...

(I hate engine problems in front wheel drive cars, btw... wish I could convince the wife to sink that boat anchor)...but our launch post will be up today. Nice firt offering Duncan.

Posted Cameron's arrival on the ship, visit to engineering, ended with him at ready room ready to talk to Mac. May do some interaction with Sienae and Shiarrael, as their paths will surely cross in Engineering and such. My spleen quivers in anticipation-hehe.

I think that is a sign of a tumor.

Question - are all officers meeting Captain Gavison for dinner or just the XO? I remember reading mentions of 'dinner with the captain' or some such several times, but wasn't clear on the details of this.
