would my dijin be strong enough to open a dementional gate and sneak us in? i doubt it but it was a thought.

or someone with animal control could use sparrows or wrens some small bird to give us tactical info on where we could safely either launch an attack or teleport the party into for an attack??

Your Janni is the weakest of the Djinn and even at full size cannot open such a gate though he can travel between the planes himself. I know sounds weird huh .

As for your other idea well try it and see you won't know if it works till you do it

I think our character should look for the least protected/ most occupied part of the fortress. That would hopefully make it somewhat easier than straight out charging them.

One of you Ladies or Gentleman has the tools to get you all to the castles courtyard without having to fight through the Gargoyles or Dragon Air cover.
