Well, I reached out to Duncan via FB.  As you know if you're his friend there, he's going through some major issues - health, finances, work, etc.  He thanked me for the invite, but doesn't feel that he'll be able to properly focus and participate in the game. 

Sad but understandable given what he's going through... I had hoped that jumping back in would maybe offer him some bit of "escape" from those stresses but I can definitely see where he'd be overwhelmed by it all.

That's exactly what I was hoping for, too, but he's not up to it right now, he says.

I'm slowly getting to a point where I know what's going on again, I'm a little bit lost still, tbh. I'll get there though

Same, it was great to RP together with those two. I want to make sure I have that understanding of her again so we can have just as good of times

I just did a little housekeeping, copied the rank/chain of command stuff to the info posts back on page one of this thread.

so, when will our next posts be expected and how many posts/day are we looking at per player? i just want to avoid getting too overwhelmed and not delivering good posts, so i want to know where we're at with that. i think i can commit to about 1 post/day for now, once i get caught up. i also don't want a repeat of me disappearing again, because i feel like that'd be a big letdown for all of us, so i'm trying to be careful not to overextend myself here, but to still provide enough posts to be apart of things.

Josie, I love the enthusiasm... but we're nowhere near THAT proficient. 

If you can post 1-2 good times a week, I'm happy.  This game is never going to be a speed demon.

That's a huge relief, thank you! I felt like I remember us going pretty fast in the begining there, so I wasn't sure. I can totally do that!

Pace yourself.  Some can go faster than others.  Remember that Trek allows for backposting and such, so it's no big deal if, say, your back and forth post at the lounge takes day to complete while the main plot goes mnore directly.
