From where Ulthok is standing he saw Jessie drop #2, 1&3 knock each other and go down, 4 was knocked down by Ulthok and Aliya's arrows and was #6 split in half.

That's five on the floor. Cor and Aliya are standing over 1 and 3 ready to finish them off and 4 is not in good shape so by the time it gets back on its feet Cor will be all over it.

So Ulthok can't tell how many down are dead. He sees 5, 7 and 8 still standing. With Jessie closing on 5 and Barrell raging on 8 that leaves 7 unattended.

That I slip my cape back on and enter the realm of Trilogy War once again! I have greatly missed this world, and look forward to diving in head first and giving it 250% of my attention at LEAST once a week. Starting tomorrow when baby naps.

Yes once again Flirt will be joining the ranks of Trilogy. She will be taking over the character of Rayne for the time being as Brianna is unable to continue at this time.
So lets give her a great welcome back hello.

Also due to Brundel’s busy schedule we both agreed it would be better off at this time if he too left Trilogy. However I will not be seeking a replacement player for Lothor and will for the time being run him as an NPC.

Nice to have you in the game. I'm sure you'll do fine with Rayne, I took over Ulthok and it took me a while and dying once to get the hang of it.

As for the story I'm concerned with the room behind door #1. Orcs came out of door #2 and we have about 5 of us gathered just outside. Searching the rooms for clues to help us find the Good Dragon Queen will need to be done. So if those 8 Orcs in the hall seem to be handled we may want to investigate behind door #1.

Ulthok could be ready with his Frost Wand to send a Cone of Cold into any charging enemy that may be in the room.

Anyone ready to see what's behind door #1?

This might be a great place for Sirene to shout at Ulthok and Valene to step back and then zap an area effect.

Ulthok could cast Wall of Ice and freeze then into block of ice or send cone of cold and do similar. The only problem I see is that they are crossing out in front of him left to right. Sirene would have a better angle zapping across the hall and straight down their charging mass.

It looks like a cone of cold from Sirene might work well as it would not have expanded enough to catch Ulthok and Valene. In Kriea post she has had Valene coming up by Ulthok but not past him so she would not get caught by her cone if Sirene would cast it or an other tunneled type spell.

Peri could cast confusion on the Gobs too, Grease would be fun to watch the gobs slide out and slam the wall on the other side of the hall.

They should be hit quickly while they are still bunched up.

That was already my plan of action, so we're in agreement.

I had almost written Ulthok trying to open door 1 and having his frost wand at the ready.

I had a feeling there was not a new car behind Door #1.

That's why I mentioned about the wall of ice.

Seems time the Halfling mage put away his bow and drew his sword.

And I'm not trying to play your character, just making observations and sharing ideas.

Tan, you have not yet added the stats on my Hated Enemy, Ranger Class Ability yet. As these little beasties before us would fall in that category I would ask you update it please.

The info on this is on page 40 of the Players Handbook and page 22 of the Unearthed Arcane. As we spoke of before the beast is the one motioned in the Monsters Manual if you could add that also.
