heh..

I thought about Marcel getting into a rough spot with the turbolifts, but decided that I'd rather move the game along.

I added a post for Asovil. Had her interacting with Nyle in a back post as well as the current timeline.

I also dropped a couple of entries in the logbook.

I was looking at the schedule on the first page of the Q&A and am a little confused. Sunday shows no one from the Command and Flight department on shift during Gamma when the drill takes place. So, according to the timestamp of the event, wouldn't Nyle or Lt. Tal been in command as they are both labeled "Command" during Gamma shift. I was also under the impression that all department heads were Alpha shift.

Anyway... just making sure my i's are dotted and my t's are crossed.

That schedule shows by character.  We have another schedule set - that I THOUGHT was shared here - that shows it by day/shift and department, so that every shoft is covered.  Garner was definitelyin command then.

I'll update the thread as needed to remove confusion.

crowe!

I have had communication with crowe.  He is truly back, but wants to "ease in" - as you may or may not recall, he came at this game (and at gaming here) in a very over the top, intense manner... apparently burned himself out.  So for now, he's planning to go once a week, which should be fine.

At any rate, I'm stoked to have him back.

Huzzah!

Glad to hear it!

Completely understand how that all goes... we've all been there once or twice, haven't we? Once a week or more, either way, glad to have him still aboard.

Sweet! A Garner post!

Got a work call to attend to, atm, but will read, absorb, and reply as needed a bit later!

Yay for fluff and happy people.

Drake seriously considered removing Garner from the command rotation until he demonstrates aptitide in simulations, but has decided for the moment to keep him there.  After all, there is a week before the kid will have another turn (Saturday gamma is his only command shift in a given week).  He figures that there should be time to get a feel for his progress from Tochi; if necessary, the schedule can still be adjusted.  Silas is figuring that this was more "stage fright" than anything, that next time, Garner will be better prepared.

on duty rosters...

Sure enough, the duty roster needed updating.

Please refer to page 1 of the thread, on the post titled "hijacked - schedule per station" - this schedule is 100% accurate as to who is on duty in a given shift.

I have give a little down time for people to post their side plots, fluff, etc.  However, I don't want us to just drift... so I plan to bump the timeline and the game forward in the next day or so, unless someone has an issue.

No issues, here.

I've got a post in the works that consists of "scenes from around the ship" but nothing that won't work as a backpost sort of thing.

I've been swamped with work and home, so I have nothing planned at the moment.
