I've heard that legends are born not made

wishes come true for those who believe

Reality is colored by one's perceptions
and oft times skewed with misconceptions
shadows are carved by contrasting light
one man's wrong is another man's right

No pity required for those who choose
to play the game, win or lose
save your tears for other sorrows
this legend lives to see tomorrow
