For some reason my laptop does not allow me to access the Chat (had the same problem with my previous laptop, so I have not been in the Chat for a number of years now)

Could be that you have your pop-up blocker blocking the chat window from opening. Had that problem once. If that is the case, you need to allow pop-ups for RDINN.com, which might either be your browser or your antivirus provider.

Must change some of the Back Story to accommodate the Revamping and am altering some of his Power Point allotments [30 Total as a Rank 6 Sidekick instead of Rank 5, because I added another Power Point to my Sidekick from the Deduction of Rank 3 Languages to Rank 2 Languages for Zilver Wreker]

As for Zilver Wreker he speaks 2 languages in addition to the American English: Italian & Japanese [as per the 3 Main Languages of the 3 Big Crime Syndicates in New Camelot]

I was just working on a re-write of Samael that pretty much kept all the "effects" that you are looking to do Samael, but dropped the spear and armor for a natural toughness and some attacks based on light. Good times.

Perhaps Father O'Brian took charity on Samael and the runaway found acceptance from the good padre.

Perhaps Christina is a member of the church and Father O'Brian has check up on her since her father's death?
