We can just post in main game thread as flashbacks.  No real need for another thread unless Tann wants it separate.  And yes, playoffs are boring.  😂

Considering that her character has yet to be introduced to the party any interaction between Arandur and Cor in the game thread would be premature. Why not place it in the freeform section and play it as a seperate game related to Trilogy.

In that way anyone could join, from the current players in the main game, to anyone here at the Inn who would enjoy interacting in a Trilogy based game.

By the way Ulthok is only still in the story because he has an Amulet of Life Protection that has saved him about three times.
Tann keeps threating to have something happen to it, would really ruin my day. As the party thief and usual trap finder it is a great asset to the whole party if your lead person can come back from an oops.

Well I start a new job on the 28th and I am hoping my whole atitude is much better. Been out of work since the end of October.
I really hope too that this position has a lot less stress.

As for healing I have gone so far as to make a spreadsheet before that had everyone's spells, potions and whatnot listed so we could repair the damage done in battles. It at times took several different characters acting together to combine enough healing to bring the party back to a stable condition. We then need to find time to rest and regenerate healing spells., maybe find city and buy more potions. So don't get too worried, just try to play smart and ask us advice in Q&A.

Any update on restart date?

 

Looking forward to getting back to work. Hope my mind will be more settled and I can really write again. Still finding I spend too much time on FB, it can be quite addictive. Got to find that even blend of time.

Haven't talked to Tann for a bit but we should be starting up again soon.

Not 100% sure, still waiting on 1 MAYBE 2 new characters, but 'i'll most likely have a post up to restart before or on Super Bowl Sunday. Once game is started I'll post on eithier Saturdays or Sundays maybe during the week, but always for the most part on the weekends. 

However spellcasters look over your character sheets some of you still need new spells added to those used. Get them to me and I'll add them to your sheets. I'm looking forward to restarting Trilogy also so its coming soon

I was promised D&D. I know 3.5 and Pathfinder like the back of my hand, less experienced with 5e, though. 

I'm pretty sure that Tann runs 2e not 5e.. Correct me if i'm wrong Tann or.. someone lol

Don't get too hung up on the edition. We do play closest to 2.0 rules so you can use them as your reference. We go more for role play than rule play. Tann has a bi tof homebrew thrown in too. If you wonder if something can be done just ask in Q&A and the group will help out.

If I had to decide, I enjoy doing rangers and summoners the most. I have a nasty build for a Summoner that functions almost as well as a cleric's healing with a few fun catches. Then with Rangers, running around in the woods with a bow is always amusing. Although, I'm not that picky. I tend to fill holes in parties. If there isn't a healer, I'll pop in with a cleric or paladin. Need a tank? Fighter, here I come. Lacking DPS? Blasting spellcaster or monk heading your way. 

 

Whatever you all need me to cover, I'm happy to oblige.

Wonderblue, do you perfer playing male or female characters?

We have an open NPC of a female halfling theif/cleric. Mind you she is involved with my character Ulthok in romantic friends with benefits background. As both rogue characters they keep an open mind on relationships but they more than fond of each other.

We have hada couple of people play Valene and each did it differently. One was very flirty and the other was more distant.

I am a guy and playing a romantic or intimate RP knowing the other player in male messes with my mind a bit, but this is fantasy adventure I could do it, just have to keep in character. After all I having been also playing Peri my female Fairie Dragon familure.

 

That said if you wish your own character that is good too. We need a very strong party, just think that we are about to enter Mordor to destroy the Ring in LoTR. We will be encountering the nastiest of the nasties. Team work is a must so group talk in Q&A helps us understand and plan what our characters will do.
