So, it appears the rats aren't real rats after all...

The smaller rats are all real. However due to Nomad's excellent aim you now know 1 of the giant rats is an Imp. Are the other 2 giant rat's Imps, right now you don't know. Nomad could just have gotten lucky and revealed it. The other two could be just ordinary ones the Imp was using to hide himself..... Or not 

Only 1 of the three giant rats has been revealed to be an Imp. The other two still act and seem to be giant rats.

Thus my point - Rats are gross. Can never tell if their giant ass real rats or just... giant ass Impish Rats

I'll consult with you guys before I make my move:

Simple plan: use my spell Pass Without Trace, sneak up on the imp and attack it.

Sound good?

Oh, and how long is it until I can use the spells I just used again?

First pass without trace is useless in this situation for a number of reasons. The first being the Imp is for all intents gone. He could have left, gone invisible, is hiding in the room, or one of a dozen different things, so sneaking up on him is at the moment impossible as you don't know where he is at. Also pass without trace lets you move over ground and leave no tracks and such or any sign you've moved through the area, it does not grant you invisibilty. However the area is full of rats and they will see you and feel you as you try to move through them. 

As for spells you have to sleep/rest/pray a max of 8 hours to regain your spells, 4 hours if you use the spell of Nap.

Is that real-time hours or in-game hours?

Spells require in game rest.  Usually it is an overnight rest.

In game hours. The party or person needs to rest.

Silentone, is your character attaching the giant to her left or right? Is Brutus attacking the same rat?

If Brutus attacks first he could got shot by mistake. Hope for a good dice roll.

Clarity in describing the battle helps all writers as if they see through their character's eyes and react accordingly. Few details leave things up the Tann to interpreter and it may not be as we envision in our mind when we write our section.
