What are the odds

Yeah, what are the odds he has something planned for the night? He'd never try to kill us on our first night out, right?

Can we bet with our water tokens on how quickly you send beasties after us? Or maybe the clerics just start screaming.

info is always helpful

So, the smell of rain is in the air. Nasty smell, that. At least here. Anyway, we obviously have experience with the rain. The cleric is a 15 minute run away. The 15 minutes back. Do we think we have time? Even 10 minutes there might provide information - or allow us to mark the spot. But do we think there is time?

I love that there is a disagreement already I think I'll just let you guys play it out in character. Chessic may have an idea or two...

Yes, but....

While letting us play it out is fine, wouldn't the knowledge of how long it is until it rains be something we would know and would help us determine how to work it out? I'm not asking to see behind the DM's screen, just looking up at the sky and asking what I see...

Last one to speak up goes out into the rain to investigate . . .
