Nope everyone heard the mouth as it blocked the parties path down a hallway after the Entrance room to these tests.

You can see them as they come into the light from the camp fire. Some have swords others bows there are about 11 of them all have what appears to be skin of tree bark. The 11th one is standing just at the edge of the tree line.

Just one question... my understanding of the Chaos spell is that the victims will behave in one of the following ways:

wander away from caster
stand still in a daze
or attack whatever creature is closest to them

From what I gathered the bark creatures are stunned, but I just want to confirm so Siréne can react accordingly.

Pretty much they are doing the first 2 moving around in a daze not knowing anything about why they are there.
At this time until the spell waers off they are harmless.

Also a heads up to everyone I have been sick all week since returning from Dallas and am at the present time Non-RPG orientated so there is a good chance unless I feel much better by Sunday there will be no post this weekend.
Plus seeing how no one has posted that may be a good thing.

Tann has confirmed that he will not be posting this weekend, and may be as late as Wednesday, to next Sunday. He is feeling somewhat under the weather.

As Gboy kindly passed on I was very sick this past week but am getting better by the day so I will post tommorrow night for sure.

I am doing better I have three weeks of antibiotics left. I can now stand up between parallel bars, for three.5 minutes I am working on get up usiong a walker which is much harder firme,but I persist.

My lovely wife just contracted "shingles"... not fun... I may be out of commission for a while. As far as the game goes, Allanan will follow Sirene's advice, will protect her as necessary, and will continue to follow the "lady's" voice into the mountain. He will continue to fight only using his sword and shield (for now).

OOC: My vote is for him and Sirene to rest a bit before entering.

I'm glad to hear you're doing better Brianna. That's some rough stuff you went through, but so long as you remain positive (which you seem to be doing) I'm confident you make it through.

Bri Jesus Christ I did not know what happened even with your post above it did not hit me until I read your posts on your surgery. Being sick all last week I never saw the thread on your health status and just thios night found and read it.
