I hope it'll last longer than a month. My original thoughts were that Prometheans:Genesis would end with at least some of the characters coming together to form a team... Leading to Prometheans:Exodus or some such. We'll see what happens.

I just read a PM from him, but he is still on vacation!

He was able to get online, but does not have the time to read all the info and develop a character!

I think he returns Wednesday from hiking in the mountains!

Got Grugg's concept and will work on powering him up, today.

Stubbed in Nomad and will await his return and receipt of a concept before I plop him down in the game... we'll likely get started before he returns but I've got plenty of ways to bring him in once we're already underway.

That gives me the full boat of 8 players that i was looking for and, as such, I'm gonna go ahead and call recruitment closed.

Nomad and I came to the Red Dragon Inn years ago with a group of 'Gladiator Managers' who played in a play by mail gladiator game at the time called Duelmasters.

It is a small company and when another mega company decided to call their game Duelmasters, the small company did not have the funds or means to take them to court for pilfering their game name, so it was re-named Duel 2.

I was away a few years, but started playing again a number of months ago, but Nomad and I stayed in touch through the various games we played here at the Inn.

We came here when one of the Managers told us about the Inn and started up a game in honor of Gary Gygax who had just passed away.

Although the game fizzled, Nomad and I became fixtures here at the Inn, as we got involved with other games!

Nomad will be a Great Addition to this Gaming Group!

All good news! I can't wait to get started. I guess you won't be surprised to know how that, with a character called Lightning, I'm a little impatient to get started.

...to get this game started on Monday, actually. As long as I can get Grugg powered up and get the opening tweaked to account for more PvP action than I had originally made room for.

I'm curious to see who is sent to acquire Lightning and how they approach it? Hmmmm. Should be fun!
