I didn't know if I missed the place where the character sheets are located or if youre just sending them out when they are completed?

As completed.
Rather than put the game on hold until they were all completed, I have been completing the sheets and sending them to the players one at a time.
FYI - I also put some information concerning cannons on the 1st post of the Q&A.
