Everyone's posts have been wonderful reads! Glad to know for certain that I'm a part of some high calibre writers aboard the Peregrine.

TAC chief's post will be up by the weekend, hopefully.

Thank you, I'm aware of the casualties.  There are three dead.  However, only ONE of them showed up on that schedule as being in charge for a given shift.  So I just need to replace that one on the schedule.

All three will be replaced in the roster before Monday.

Well, sorry for asking questions.  I'll just be quiet now.

Just a short one...

...pretty much a rehash of Drake and Harding's convo with Tochi's thoughts thrown in.

It'll get better.

I said thank you, and I replied fully to your concerns.  I'm not sure what else you want.

I’m sorry

Oh, I guess I read that totally wrong.

Your 1st sentence at first sounded as if you were admonishing me for pointing out something you already knew.   But it doesn't sound like that was the case.

I apologize for my error, and I hope I haven't upset you.

All right, I've posted. I decided that I'd actually use words instead of pictographs. Hey, y'all... remember to update the logbook. That helps us all keep track of where people are during back posts and such.

Loving Ander, too.  We need some cheer.

And Bromern is correct - I can't rrad a calendar.  5/14/2365 is a Friday, *not* a Thursday.

Times...

What hours does each shift cover?  Please forgive me if that's posted somewhere... I looked but couldn't find it...

Seconding Merideth's query; I'm so lost on what time gamma is lol.

As well, I jumped the gun and posted not one but two posts for Zhay-la. A record for my late ass, if I do say so myself.

Sorry, I left that part out.  Editing the schedule post to include hours.

Nicely done, C2P!

Zhay-la and Tochi are going to have to have a sparring session at somepoint, methinks.

I know Olan said he was editing it in...

...but I figured I'd go ahead and post the "duty hours" here, as well.

Standard shifts are eight hours long, and flow as follows:
Alpha: 0700-1500
Beta: 1500-2300
Gamma: 2300-0700

A responsible officer should expect to be at their duty station a good fifteen minutes before the shift starts, so as to get report and be up to speed.

Medical shifts are twelve hours long, and instead take the following schedule:
Alpha: 0700-1900
Beta: 1900-0700

Typically medical shifts are referred to as "Sickbay Alpha, Sickbay Beta" so as to avoid confusion.
