Starting my trip back from Iraq today. Couple days in Kuwait, then a few at Ft Benning, then a coupel in El Paso before gettign home to San Antonio. Not sure how much if any posting chance I will get. Sorry about that as it is a bad time in game play for that to happen.

Every day for a week plus the news from the hospital grew worse This morning is was even worse on DM's condition. She is still on ventilator, dialysis and massive does of meds to keep her blood pressure up besides the rest of the antibiotics.

Dr. call this afternoon with a small ray of hope. Joanne woke and was alert after many days of non-awareness. She pointed to her stomach. Dr asked her if she had pain. She shook her head no. Dr then asked her if she was hungry and she nodded yes. That is the best thing we have had in a week. That has given us hope. I hope you realized how appreciated your prayers and well wishes have meant to us Please continue them. It is a long road home.

Should have firm access by then. In between I will do what I can.

Can't wait to get ya home my friend, it'll be time to start up the ole Table Top game once more .


And yes Brianna you can post for Dragon Mistress as Cynil as she is flesh once more. Her spells are intact and she took no damage from being turned to stone other then her intial damage from the bite.

Have we tried any turning of undead since these challenges began? Would these shadows be considered undead or are they manifestations of magic (as far as my character could suspect)? In this place would I get the sense that the evil forces at work would make it more difficult to affect undead, or is there nothing like that that I could sense (with detect evil or anything like that previously)?

As stated in the post the Shadows are undead as for using the Turning Undead ability I don't think its been tried as yet.
