Dragon Mistress - you would likely not be met personally to be reassigned. As an ensign, you might just get the orders on your padd. your direct supervisor or departmental head would be the one to verify them and send you on your way.

Glory - you'll have access to everything that is not classified due to security-type clearance. Check your inbox, I have some counselor-type info for at least one character for you.

Also, I concur with Eol. Deck six in where Troi's office was. The other likely location would be deck twelve (same level as sickbay).

is Freud still popular 300 years later?

I was wondering if we should all put up a short little summary of the information our counsellor would have? That way she could get a sense of where everyone was at really quickly and it would be a good jump off point if she wanted to ask more about something in specific, etc... What do you guys think?

well...

that info SHOULD be in your character's bio page.
If there are secrets, send them to me.

psych stuff?

Oh alright. Good to know. I don't have any secrets but I still have an unfinished bio which I've neglected. I'll get down to that and send it in. I was just wondering if there would be some psych analysis that previous counsellors have done with the characters and if that information should be included?

psych analysis

If you feel it is warranted. MacTavish has references to such in his file.

I guess I'm just better at keeping secrets

Meri! That's a secret! Now everyone knows... geeze...

I'll incorporate those things into both Bio and maybe a couple side notes. I think they would be important for Rowdy.

Yep...

...it's always fun when Mac and Bob run into each other. I always find myself imagining myself in the place of other crewman "overhearing" the conversations between these two:

"What the heck did he just say?"

"Pssshh! I dunno! What the heck did he just say?"

"Darned if I know... both of their darn translators must be broken..."

"Do you think he knows what he said?"

What is???

What is the designation of personnal who stand at the entry to a ship?

What is their rank?

What is the proper protocol to address them when first stepping aboard?

I believe even even flag officers salute the personnal a the top of the gangway, at least I have seen it in the Movie Final Countdown.

Logbook

OK, I have hit up the logbook already, and am working up my big intro post, and wondering...who's up for a little psychobabble?

This is an area of trek i've not played with before, so bear with me.

Psycho-whoziwhatsis-now?

I reckon Mac's probably "missed" an appointment or two with the counselor by now. Feel free to have him paged if you like... or... if you dare... I forget which one applies here.
