Being the metahuman asset on a recovery team means that your team is tactically aware of your abilities and, as such, tend to deploy how you decide to best support the use of your powers.

Mission directives are, of course, provided by Project Prometheus via the MARSH.

The people behind the Project are smart enough to know that sending a meta to catch a meta is the wise play and, the more metahuman assets they get, the more recovery teams see themselves having powered team lead. Each team tends to base their tactics on what is needed/best utilized by the meta.

So Eol your saying there is only 1 meta per recovery team is that correct?

Per my "Notes for the Project People" post on the previous page of this thread:

Recovery Teams typically consist of five people. Most often a Metahuman Asset and four "normal" humans. (There is a faint possibility that one or more of them will be powered beyond the capabilities of their armor/weapons.)

So, the is a slim possibility that the Meta "lead" won't be the only powered individual on the team. Often times, in these cases, it's simply another meta at a lower power level than the lead (this is usually for those team leads who have "proved their loyalty" to the Project)... In other cases, one of the team members could be what's known as a "Tether"... if there's one of those on your team and you're not aware of it, the Project doesn't trust you and, in the field, you're probably being more than a little bit controlled.

Note to the Project people, again... Your uniforms and/or armor will all have a patch or emblem like the one shown in the "Project Prometheus and the M.A.R.S.H." entry on page 1 of this thread (along with your unit patch if you're on a recovery team).

Looks like Disturbance will have to rip one off of somebody so he can have one!
