I have arrived

Thats my name. For those of you who are wondering why I have such a strage username...a strange person warrants a strange name. Im just joking.

Well here's a little about me:

I love reading. Fantasy in particular, but any good novel will do.

If it involves awsome collectible figurines, I'm interested. I just got the Colossal Red Dragon figure for christmas, and its my first D&D figure so far, Im looking forward to collecting the rest of the Icons figures.

I love writing. I have currently finished a book. That book has not been published or anything, but it has a massive local fanbase. Im deriving a D&D campaign from its storyline, and I've also made an RPG version of it here on the site, I hope you guys join up, I've got ten slots to fill for characters and its quite an epic story.

Personally, I hate sports. Watching sports bores me, but I love movies.

Cant stand more modern music. I love the old 60's 70's and 80's bands.

If you guys want to know anything about my book (and the one I'm writing right now) shoot me a Private Message or ask here on this intro thread, I'd love to respond.

So, all in all, I'm overzealous at the opportunity to make some new friends, and I hope you guys feel the same.

Welcome aboard

Sometimes it takes some time to get a new game started up around here, but don't get discouraged. Hopefully you'll at least make some friends and have a good time while you're here. I know I have.

Sign on the dotted line... wait where?

Epic story? Fantasy? RPG?

Those are like, the three best things in the world! Do you have a thread up for the game yet? I'm willing to join if you do!

I do!

I certainly do my good compatriot. Its in the Free Form RPG section, titled Archipelago. I promise, the story is epic, filled with evil, fraught with danger, mystery, and villians that'll make your skin crawl..I would know, I wrote it myself...

By the way, its very complicated, so if it gets far enough, people cant just jump in. Theyll have to read it from the beginning.

Well

Welcome to the Inn, glad to see you here.

Your game sounds interesting, but unfortunately I'm not much of a player
If you are looking for a game to play in, and are interested enough in learning a different system, I'm recruiting for a game of Mouse Guard called Year of the Mouse.
It may not be as big or epic as your game, but you get to play a talking mouse with a weapon.

Anyways, wish you luck with your game

By the way, Kilmorrigan, that map is awesome

So you are a writer amongst writers now. I hope your game will get some good players here.
