Mmmmmm....

As you all know, I have been absent from the inn for a short time. I have been trying to find balance in my life between work, children and personal goals. As you can imagine, it isn't easy. Honestly, I am dealing with many issues on a personal level and I won't bore you with the petty details.

So what does this have to do with you? Well I can not keep up with the games I am playing. Every weekend I am fighting to have a few moments on the computer and I don't write that fast. As a DM, I put a lot of work and time into the games, which I think shows, but I don't have that luxury anymore. I also fret over being able to produce good writing, stories and plotlines. It's my nature, and I don't think it is gonna change now.

So I have decided to step back from the inn for awhile, probably a long while. I will still be around (I have to delete the "last one to Post Wins" thread someday) but not as a major player in the games or the day to day administration. I would resign as a site admin but I know Olan won't accept it. As time goes by, I will be back. I'm always available by email (addiction) or facebook.

The fallout: I will not be starting the high level campaign I had begun to gather players for. No big loss as it didn't get going.

I am stopping CWWLLO. Sorry, but there is a lack of posting in this game and it is the one game I put the most time and prep into.

I am torn over Rocinante. I love this game and the characters. The module is already written so there isn't much work involved, but the loss of Robert and Blammm make it hard to move the game. I will continue it with only Bro, Tann and Cat but it would be better with more people. However if we continue it will end at the conclusion of this module.

I will continue as a player in Bromern's Star Trek and Almerin's Hell. This will hold me on the inn for awhile.
