Trekkie Trivia

Its simple, answer one of two a Star Trek Trivia questions. The one who answers it gets to ask the next two questions for someone else to answer one of and so on. Only answer one question. Others can challenge your answer making the questions you ask invalid. So lets get this started.

According to Star Trek lore What state is Kirk From?

or

What is Kirk's brother's name which was mentioned in the episode "What are Little Girls Made Of?"

Please

Kirk is considered to be born in Iowa.

His Brother's name is George, but James called him Sam based his middle name.

Okay... hehehe

What is the response to the command authorization code "queen to queen's level 3"?

and

What was the name of the planet upon which Kirk and Scotty used the above mentioned Command authorization code?

I can't resist

I was going to let some one else get this one but now I got this.

Queen to King's level one

and

the planet was Elba 2.

I almost forgot to add 2 more questions.

In all of the star trek telvision series, which captain was the first to call their first officer "Number One"?

and

Name two species that Archer's Enterprise has encountered that has never been mentioned again in any of the other series.

Hmmmm

Picard?

Or perhaps your refering to off screen references, in which case Captain Pike was the first to use the term. Captain Pike served as Captain of the Enterprise before Kirk, as I'm sure you know, and his second in command was Number One. The female character was not given a proper name, however Roddenberry had intented her to be a regular character on the show.

I'm gonna wait for a confirmation on that one before I ask my questions, just because I'm not usre...also, I've got some pretty intense questions...

Capt. christopher pike was the answer I was looking for.

Officially "Number One" was coined in the OS episode "Menagerie" though it was really the first pilot, "the Cage".

Go ahead and try and challenge fellow trekkies (or Trekkers)

Oh BTW anyone care to take a crack at the other trivia question?

...

Suliban and Xindi?

I'm pretty sure the rest have appeared in previous Trek series or films (if not in precisely the same form).

Since I only answered one question I'll just ask one. What's Worf's explanation for why the Klingons in the original series looking nothing like the Klingons later on?

WAIT!

I'll ask one question to go along with the previous question.

What was the only instance in which Commander Data was allowed to captain a vessel, and what was the vessels name.

...

I think it's during the Kilingon Civil War when he finds evidence of Romulan interference. And, thanks to the power of wikipedia, the ship's name was USS Sutherland.

So does anyone have anymore questions?

Trick Question....

Time to bring this back.

There were four ships not just one, Federation starships Lexington, Potemkin, Excalibur, and Hood.

Why was Kirk so upset about the transport malfunction at the beginning of the first film "Star Trek the Movie"?

Second question how many Articles are there in the Articles of Federation?
