You know, I think that I should start a "Spam" forum so that members of the site (maybe set a minimum post threshhold) can share their side projects and interesting links with the rest of the Inn - and those that don't want to click on said links can simply avoid the area entirely. Our policy has always been to quell mass link posting, but the reason was to prevent bona fide spammers - I personally enjoy seeing the various things that our membership is involved in.

Yep, that is my segueway into some spam of my own.

I am going to Belize very shortly on a joint Biology and Environmental Science trip, the trip will involve night hikes as well as snorkeling on the Belize Barrier Reef, some twitching, visiting the Mayan ruins and general walks around the rain forest. I'd be very happy to share my pictures with you guys and I'm sure that some of you would be interested in seeing them.

What broswer/OS are you using, Almerin? I've tested in IE and FF, on XP and on Win7. You're saying that when you mouse over the numbers, they disappear?

Donna should put an ad up on craigslist. That is extremely local and I have heard quite effective.

I'm using Chrome. I haven't tried other browsers.

I'll try Chrome. I really should install it, anyway - for testing, if nothing else.
