The whole "AMBUSH" panel is slightly "BLAM!" if you ask me, but still awesome.

I'm really liking Rich, I can relate to his humor. That's me 30 years ago, lol. Now I've got "Sometimers" but the jokes are still great. I've been given the "2/3 Pun Award".

What's your biggest influence in scripting the strip, t_catt11?

I did what you said..........now I have random Monty Python IN my head and my sisters are screaming "NII! NII! ACCALIA! WE SAY NII! Its kinda pleasant.

Top be Honest there are no studies, I just draw them as I think it should go. Might be good to do some studies for each character though. A good thought I may have to steal some time. =P

The expression was indeed intentional - the original script reads as follows:

Steve (evil grin): "Well, you COULD go back out into the blizzard..."
I believe that miss Lyra nailed it.

What's the biggest inspiration? My experiences gaming. All of the characters in the group are (loosely) based on a real life gaming group. Understand, these are not meant to actually BE those people - they are caricatures based upon them, reduced to comic characters. That being said, every one of the people in question immediately knew who was based off of whom, and every one of them has loved the comic.
