I was just wondering if everybody was familiar with the chat function on this website.

You can see this as a form of commercial for the previously named service, since, in short:

IT'S AWESOME!!!!
... but hardly ever used.

Make sure you open it up sometimes. It might be that somebody will join you. And before you know it, you'll be having digital hot tub parties with elves, goblins and the occasional Grugg.

Disclaimer: sometimes it takes a while for other people to join in. And somebody has to be the first. Don't be shy.

P.S. Seriously, folks, I'm not a huge "chatter" myself (pointless and confusing PMs, sure) but it would be super-nice to see the chatrooms liven up again. Jump in there! I'll come and see ya!

Well, I would call that a pretty successful chat reinvigouration attempt... I think we topped at about 9 members before maintaining a fairly contant 7 as people appeared and disappeared simultaneously.

I tend to do so every now and then. It is hard to find people int here though. I usually get on at work, which means other people are at work. You know dada dada. Anyway! I really like it when I can talk to more people and would love to see it used more as well.

Ok, jump in the chat room. We have been having some issues with getting booted but if you stop in we may be able to figure out what's up with that. Any ideas will help. We just had little Triva contest, congrats to Hobolyra! And until Ion returns your guest Bartender will be that happy bundle of Fun, me. We now have Hot Spiced Mead on Tap.

I've tried using it- it keeps kicking me out saying I'm not logged in... after I've been chatting for a few minutes some times! And after I make sure I'm all logged in and go open the chat window again, it says it still.

I probably won't use it as long as it stays this buggy.

Isn't it my job to promote site features?

Apoligies, I don't get on chat as much as I once did, partially because of my full schedule, partially because I lost my zombie followers when I took my extended leave. However, I'm just now logging into it xD
