Hey I am just starting a new game here on the inn and want to make it private how do I add players who can post if it is private?

Go to your game thread and scroll to the bottom of the page, you should see a link that says "manage players". Click on that link and you'll get a window that allows you to enter the user IDs of your players. Enter the appropriate IDs and click Submit... you should be good to go.
