Little Update...............

Well I have to apologize for not following up here.

We have been playing our 5.0 game on Roll20 a few times now. We have been having some issues with everyone being able to get setup in game to talk and listen. We are starting to think it may have to do with some curtain old guy that is still running XP. But after a bit of messing I have been able to join it. At worst we use the chat tool.

One thing I think is cool is the interactive character sheet. It is designed so you can click on a weapon and the games rolls for you even adding in your bonuses. It works on damage, skills and intuitive too. It does take a bit to get used to but we are getting the hang of it and the game is going more smoothly.

We have our avatar on the board on the screen like you would have a game piece on a table. And we can move them just like you might on a table top. The GM can bring in layouts, pictures, maps and other items to add visual content to the game.

We will be playing again tomorrow night (Saturday 9/17) around 8pm est. What's cool is we have two players (one is the GM) in California, one in Texas and four in Ohio. For me it is a great way to keep our old table top group together.

With the interactive character sheet it makes playing 5.0 rules very easy.

If you visit the site you will see that there many different rule set in use.

Web Site...........

It is a web site. You set up an account and then you may be able to join a game or set up your own. I have a free account but you pay for an upgraded account.

I feel it is much easier to to be a player than GM, but then I've never GM'd a table top game either.

Our game is: Keepers of the Cerulean Sign

This is the site below.
