A 2lb steak!!! Albert! That isn't a meal, that is gladiatorial combat. Two of you go in and only one of you is coming out alive.

The steak was declared winner around 5pm yesterday as I could not finish it by half .

Mom and I's roommate, and my BFF, Marc bought two big ones that he grilled perfectly for him and I as Mom went to a friends for dinner. I cooked the taters and biscuits while mixing the coleslaw. Except for my Dallas Cowboys playing like crap was a good day.
