FYI - There's some more opportunity to interact. Just trying to keep the game alive while we wait for Real Life to release its death grip on our other players. I further encourage those who can to do the same. Involve NPC's, create subplots, etc.

I feel like I'm part of why the game's on life support and hope the plug doesn't get pulled. I've been following along with every post but just can't find the time to find the time to write anything, writing professionally as part of my second degree and several other writing projects I've got going take up a lot of time and will to write for fun.

No Bren, the game has stalled because our Captain and XO are MIA. Without at least one of them, the game can't really move forward. We're all at the mercy of Real Life. I'm still hanging around in the hopes that they will materialize and the game will continue. I hope!

This month has been tough for me too. I've been traveling for business a lot recently and when I get back I've been a bit fried. I have to go to Mexico week of the 28th so between prep and keeping up at the office my down time hasn't been very productive.

Made good start with Haemis, but got little away from finishing it. Hope to still get my reply finished.

This past week has been pure hell. I endured pain localized in a cluster of nerves associated with something called the suicide disease. Not bragging, but I survived. The downside is that I've been so doped up, I haven't gotten to any writing. I hope to this weekend.

Never heard of if, so I had to look it up. I'm so sorry to hear of this diagnosis, Brom. It sounds horrible! I hope whatever mediation they have you on will help suppress these episodes.

I have a friend that has that and he had to have nerve surgery to cut the nerves. Not good because it also cut the feeling to the left side of his face. I hope yours isn't so severe.

Well I may get back to posting. I don't have to go to Mexico now, they cancelled the meeting. We were going to Reynosa and the city is on Red Alert due to Federal Troops and Cartel fighting.

I didn't mean to misrepresent my situation. I have not been diagnosed with that disease, the dental pain was just through the same nerve center as that disease's. Mine was just an abscess that grew beneath a root canal. The surgeon had to remove the tooth and a portion of my jaw. While I'm still experiencing swelling and some pain, it is nothing like the pain I was experiencing. The previous pain was what I was relating to the suicide disease and only because my wife called attention to its location.

I was so doped up when I read your comments, I thought you knew something about me I didn't.

It still isn't good having pain, but I was concerned because my friend has a much worse condition that leads to things like that. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
