No anti-poison?

Where's a "Good old Froth-n-Slosh" when you need it?

.

Amulet of Life Protection: A character whose psyche is held in the amulet does not truly die until seven days have passed. Until that time, any healing the character receives revives the character as long as the healing is sufficient to give the character a positive hit point total.

The wearer can be raised or resurrected no matter how the character died. The raise dead or resurrection spells can be cast upon the amulet if the character’s body has been destroyed.

Nice little bit of jewelry Ulthok has there. Him "dying of poison" would be no issue as several of us could memorize the neutralize and healing spells to bring him back after a rest. But would rather not go that way if we can avoid it.

Nope

It will heal your damage but not cure or neutralize the poison SIDE NOTE: See this one of the main reasons I first started Trilogy, the Q/A interaction between DM and players. It helps give us all a better understanding of the game as you ask questions and I look up the answers .

Sirene

Sirene does have one Neutralize Poison spell memorized for just such emergencies. If more than one person ends up being poisoned, though, that could cause a problem.

I don't think anyone has any potions that can heal poison, and the only other thing that would work is a 'Heal' spell if anyone has any they haven't used.

Re. Leader Issue

Sirene will bring the issue up in character, and I imagine others will too, if Cor suddenly stops assuming the role.

We can then rp a switch to another leader (if that's what people want), or to more collective decision making.

Ok the Heal Spell

According to the Players hand book it heals all damage, Blindness, diseases, effects of a feeblemind spell, and mental disorders caused by Spell or melee damage but says nothing about dealing with poison. I also cannot remember if I ever allowed it to cure poison. Sorry.

In the end it really does not matter Keeper as per your character sheet you have Neutralize Poison memorized.

Ok I just noticed a Boo Boo

Ok on the map I numbered one of the Roach/Scorps wrong. #7 in combat with Conall is supposed to be labeled as #4.

Sorry for the blooper.............

My mistake

Ah, I always thought 'Heal' healed everything. It makes memorizing at least one 'Neutralize Poison' vital then.

Ulthok's plight

'Seeing' Ulthok in trouble; perhaps Sirene might want to attempt a rescue of the little guy. Unless it looks like she is needed elsewhere.

Hmm...

I haven't got around to writing Sirene's post yet (had a busy week, and another busy day ahead tomorrow). So it'll probably be Saturday before I get to it.

Two questions for Tann:

Since Ulthok will re-appear on the same round as Sirene acts, would she notice the halfling is in trouble this round (question of initiative order I suppose)?

Secondly, would Sirene be able to tell Ulthok is poisoned by glancing at him? (Healing proficiency check?)
