Phew! Slowly getting Dio caught up with everything and starting to meet the crew. He's been added to the roster. For those who have access to it, feel free to react and interpret the lack of service record however your character would.

There'll be a fair bit of RP fluff between him and the OPS npc's over the next few days, but first! Checking in with the captain and XO when they get back from the meeting, and then meeting the good nurse and doctor.

My weekend got utterly consumed by honey-do's and Easter with the family. Catching up, now,and hoping to catch Tochi up before long.

Can we assume... that when Drake called Lt. Moriden that Lt. Lasad and Lt. Berk were also on the bridge and heard of the Ambassadors coming? So that Ops and Security can react.

As Ops now need to get accommodations ready Security needs to prepare to. Without their own staff we need to provide comfort, privacy and security. I'd think an assigned guard for each outside their rooms or at least in the gangway.

Are they coming over by teleported or shuttle? Berk and Reid need to add some "show respect" to them while providing security.

...pretty sure that's implied. Not necessarily that TAC/Sec would have been on the bridge but that, at the very least, Ops would have passed the information down.

The Captain's message probably came over between 0815 and 0830; I'm fine with Berk being on the bridge to hear it. If not, Ensign Blackmon would have had the shift at that time, and you can assume that she would have passed it on.

By that timeline, Lt. Lasad likely just missed the convo. Of course, it would also make sense that Lt. Moriden would have let him know, as well.

Security guards would indeed be a minimum requirement in my book.
