Mine involved the two girl across the street, but then again, my libido (lechery) developed very early.....

For the record...
... Jal's not deliberatley trying to kill himself by burning through mana and/or HP. More like he's hoping to do enough damage or cause enough havoc to level the playing field for 'our side', so to speak... He'll chew away at HP by casting spells as he can but, if it comes down to it, isn't opposed to giving actual combat a try... especially if Adrien manages to 'free' Alloryn (I suppose flying full bore into a one of the thri-kreen dragonfly rider may be enough to unseat the bugger at least?)
That said, if it's continued casting seems to be required, Jal's ready to do so whatever the cost.
P.S. I wanna be a fire engine! WoooWoooWoooWoooWooo! ClangClang! WoooWoooWoooWoooWooo!

Sorry Dude
Robert - What can I say? You get to write your death scene with Wynter. It is part and parcel of the game and I really felt that Jal was a tragic character that would end this way sooner or later. Feel free to have a dramatic ending with him and Wynter being united, perhaps even a fleeting moment when some of the party will see the two before they vanished.
Tann - double criticals with a vorpal blade.... Next demon will have to break that weapon. No, really - I hope enjoyed the moment.
Raven - Potion or healing? You have one potion of EH left but Arien has two.

Sorry?
No way, Roger! That was fantastic! I loved it!
Disappointed that Jal actually died? Perhaps a bit... he was a really fun character to play with and I couldn't have imagined anyone better to have served as my first ever mage... but what a way to go, eh?
At least he got to be of some use in combat for once... Way to almost land on Dalmer, Jal! Woot!
I'll get you a death scene and some closure soon.

Khhhhaaaaaannnnnnnnn!!!!!!
I have yet to read the post... about to do so... but I'm still hurt to know that Jal is dead. I'll miss his ghost mage stuff.
Mebbe go pay to have him raised?
Nah, he'd rather be with Wynter. **sniff**

Adrian: mated but fine?!?
Good stuff.
If you gotta go, that's as good a way as any, I suppose. Help kill the Big Bad Honcho. Assuming, of course, that Alloryen doesn't turn out to be the Bigger Badder Honcho.
Nice, dramatic kill of Dalmer. Me likey.
Still hate to think of posts with no Jal.

Q&A
Never read the Q&A before the post.
Alloryn is still Alloryn - she just has a passeger on board, no longer repressed by the collar.
Second demonic possesion in two adventures for you guys - makes you wonder what the empire is up to?
Details in next adventure to follow.
Maybe Jal has a twin brother? Mal?

So umm.. after the big ball of death are there going to be little magelings running around? If so I think we'll name one of them Jal. Gotta find the one that talks to himself.

LOL
Stranger things have happened, methinks...
Jal does have some 'unfinished business' that might only be handled from the 'other side,' after all... Who knows, mayhaps there'll be an afterlife encounter with the Master and both Jal and Wynter will both get restored to life some way, some how? The otherrealms are a strange place, you know? With possibly as many ways out as there are in...
For now, sadly, the odd little mage shuffles off the mortal coil for the sake of his friends... perhaps not so sadly as his sacrifice also brings his greatest reward.

that reward...
...is the only thing keeping me from scraping him into a wheelbarrow and rolling him back to Dwan.
"Fix him!" Arien cries.
Hehe... reminds me of the Order of the Stick comic where the character undertook a suicidal mission in order to acquire a magical pine tree-shaped air freshener to make it tolerable to roll around with their dead leader's body (they are looking for a cleric to raise him).

Just gotta say....
Alacrity, AWESOME closing fight scene there!
If you ever have an opening in this game, with these current players, PLEASE consider me.
Honestly, folks, sooo enjoyable to lurk and read! Nice work!

Out of Character, I think I just killed your sister, Olan.
In Character, Adrian is a gamblin man running out of options lol

ugh
Maybe. Unless it some sort of natural ability causing her to fly. Or something.
Maybe she can survive the xd6 falling damage. An insane with grief Arien will not be pretty.
