I killed off ONE of those characters. One of the other PCs killed the second, and the third fled the party.

So yes, three characters were gone, but only two to death, and only one was my direct "fault".

Okay people....it is cheese time.

I have spoken to Eol and he may not be back for awhile (Mid Feb). At this point, Matty has no established place in the party, no personaity and very few posts. Now Rob would still like to play him when he does come back so....

It would be easier for me to "cheese" him out of the story. That means he never existed, he isn't there, he hasn't interacted and you don't know of him. So the foo-ha-ha at Dwan's never occurred. you left without a new mage. that way I can introduce Matty later as a PC you met/rescue/get saved by/fall over later in the story.

I know it is cheesie - hence the name.

Doesn't anyone have any objection to this? Other options included killing him off and Eol starts again. Or some brain twisting space time continuum type of story arch.

I for one have no problem with forgetting the whole Fight/Mishap/Walking out like a spoiled brat incident happened.

Be honest both I and Maximus would be very relived, VERY relived if it was forgotten not one of my better days for posting to be sure.

Actually, Dapple had pretty much ignored Matty to this point, so he could disappear in a cloud of pink sparkly dust and Der Dap may not even notice.

Eol worked hard on him, I'm sure, so let's give him a chance to really play him when he's ready.
