Before I get around to hurting your characters, a brief note on damage. As I do all dice rolling, I do not like to put the damge into numbers in the posts. So I have a system of keywords to figure out how bad off you are: Minor - Between 1 to 10 points of damage or less than 5% Light - between 5% to 25% of Hp lost. Serious - 26% to 50% lost Critical / Bad - 50% to 75% lost Grave / Dangerous - 75%+ lost Death's Door - you are at 0, you are unconscious.
