oh look...rain... Much more of this and I may need a boat to make it to the local grocery.

I am up. And kids made the bus. I count that as a bonus considering the late hours I have been keeping!

Today will be mostly comprised of work, and I believe sushi. There is a distinct possibility that it will also involve a batch of pumpkin bread. With all the cold, wet, miserable weather we have been getting it feels more like October than may anyway.

Here's hoping everyone else has productive day filled with edible goodness as well!

Good Morning Crew

I think I have finally caught up on my lack of sleep. I woke up this morning and felt rather well rested. My day (unfortunately) will be spent mostly at work. Get to finish getting ready for work, then walk to work, spent until 5pm there (everybody else leaves at 1pm today). After work I have to go back to the mall AGAIN hopefully this time I remember everything I need in order to finish my spring cleaning.

So work, work, and more work. Hope you guys all have a wonderful Friday! *double huggles to everyone*

Why is it my adorable, sweet, little toddler can sleep till ten am on any other day but today!

Guess I will not be going back to bed after all. Might as well get some work done.

I hope that the weather holds out in your neck of the woods!

We are trying to get a fence built in our yard, but the forecasted thunder storms will probably prevent us from doing so. Looks like a cozy weekend inside working with leather and fabric! Hooray!

I am sorry to report the weather has in fact failed miserably in that request. Lots of storms today. Pretty lightning however. Just hit a tree in the yard. Luckily the deluge of rain we are experiencing will prevent fire from spreading.

Not overly looking forward to work tonight and then all day tomorrow. Such is the industry. But got some things off my chest today. The weight of the world feels a little bit lighter right now. And I'm pretty okay with that.

I have been smited!! *cries* I'm not sure I can recover from this.....
