Yup. My bad. Read Alacrity's post wrong. So Kilgim is one spell short and I'm not 100% if he can still cast the Neutralize Poison on Adrian. You guys should've hired a proper healer.

Nope. You assumed right. He did want to cast the spell and heal Dapple. If that was his only 4th level spell, it means Adrian will have to do without the Neutralize Poison. Let's make it a Slow Poison instead. Unless of course there was a potion for that lost somewhere in Kilgim's inventory...
