I've been reading up on my old character, Mercury Saran and the new player at the helm: ZombieShakes. Good on you. I like what you've done to good ol' Merc.

Well thank you GreyGrey, that means a lot coming you. It is always a precarious thing to take on another player's character. I look forward to developing Mercury as the game progresses and I thank you for the inspiration.

...just delayed as the GM recently became a proud papa once again and, as we all know, new babies are a handful.

Last i heard from Olan was that he was "getting back in the swing of things" and we should be updating soonish.

No deaths, of players or game either one. I shall post to all my games within the next day.

sorry, sorry, I've been gone either away from the computer or too tired to post, but I'm back now, things have settled down here, though I'm afraid this isn't the only game that I've been missed on.

You have been taken (almost utterly) by surprise - Caise was the only one who came close to passing a surprise check, and even he failed.

No party member is seriously injured at this point - maybe a bruise or two due to your sudden reintroduction with the ground, but luckily, the concussion charge was not perfectly placed.

Shoulda put this in the game thread itelf, I guess.

If you get up, you'll be able to immediately spot at least three hostiles at various positions - two at angles across the street, one on top of a building across the street. the one on top of the building has a rifle (if Damanil cares to study it, he'll note that it is a NICE military-type distance blaster rifle. Think energy sniper).

No doubt! Nice to see a post from Lana and, even though you said 'it wasn't much,' Tri, I thought you picked up right nicely.

When you get around to whipping up some thoughts on what you see Lana looking like, let me know and I'll get that sketch started... unless you want to go with Ayrn's suggestion a few pages back and go for that Rhianna look... ... that I can probably have done by the time Olan updates us next.
