I am a bit swamped at work right now and working late as well. I will catch up but the weekend. I gave Tann some info so he can post his movements.

Perception Checks???

To GM,

Are we suppose to be calling perception checks or spot checks?
Or are you just pulling that stuff from our story and rolling it?

give and take

I will pull from your actions but if you want something specific, feel free to ask. For example, you are wandering thorugh a field of vegetables. You want to know whether they are attended to or gone wild. You can ask for a Knowledge check on agriculture becuase you have ranks in general knowledge.

If you ever want a skill check, just put in in brackets.

I talk to Bill (Persuasion) about doing a small job for me. If he doesn't seem interested then I will ask him again (intimidation).

time slipping

I was hoping to post this week but things kept getting in the way. I am away this weekend on a photoshoot up north so I will not have internet access. I will dedicate some time Monday to catching up.

We'll be battling an undead construct made of pork and cows?

Cool update, but also... what do we do now?

Well

You could use the house as a place to sleep for the night. It is off the road, it is sheltered, there is food too. You'd still want to set a watch but it is better than in a field.

You could camp out in the field.

You could keep going through the bush.

You could follow the road to the castle.

You could stay off the main road but use it to plot a course to the castle.

Remember that it is early morning and you have been going since yesterday evening.

You could form a barber's shop quartet and tour swisserland.

Possibilities are endless....

3 real choices

After resting in the house which I think is the best place to rest we have as I see it 3 choices.

1) We continue the mission as planned, though at this point with only 5 effectives its pretty much a suicide mission.

2) We head over the border to Switzerland and attempt to contact the US Embassy there and relay to Allied high command the missions failure. Of course if caught by the Swiss Authorities we will be interned for the rest of the war. This choice realistically is the one I would vote for in a RL situation.

3) Attempt to hook up with a Resistance group somewhere between where we are and France if we know of one in this area. As its still 1943 and all of Europe is still under German Control I doubt without help we could get very far without being captured.

Your call Almerin...........

Dum, da Dum Dum, Duum Dum Dum, "need theme music!"

What a party pooper! This has nothing to do with RL other than the theme. We are the MIGHTY, we are INVINCIBLE, we be HEROES. We should rest during the day and follow the road by night. We have a scout/ sniper to flush out any baddies. It's the dirty half dozen! Let's go get some medals!!!!!

what he said

This is not a reality based game. This is playing 633 squadron, or the longest day, or the Battle of Britain, or any John Wayne WWII movie. With monsters thrown in. Mazis are evil, SS are more evil, commanders are really evil and all gernmans carry lugers.
