So, I was in a Rifts capaign many many years ago and this one little SOB thought he was so flipping cute... His favorite thing to do?
"I walk up to the largest of the crazies and start pushing the buttons of his chest."
And the GM, having had quite enough of it, just laughs.
"After accidentally punching in a secret code sequence, Fractal has managed to summon an army! Seventeen samurai ninja cyborg mages will converge upon from the north, south, east, and west. In the meantime, you hear the familiar rumblings of a cosmic freight train, but it's too late. Roll for saves, but kiss your asses goodbye."
Party wipe. Lovely.

GM: "Yep."
Deed: "Kaz, don't you dare..."
Kaz: "Are you kidding me? I've rolled the same save like twenty times in a row. I jump."
GM: "It's seventy feet down onto jagged rocks, are you certain that you want to do this?"
Kaz: "What's the worst that could happen?" (rolls)
Kaz: "@#$%^!"

Subject: Oooh ooh! Pick me!
I was a huge fan of the cartoon forever, because I thought the original series was too geeky. My mother would take me to conventions every year and I secretly liked it, but would never admit it. Then TNG cme along, and I thought it was great. Hip, attractive, topical, political, but with enough story that I could ignore all of that other stuff. I loved Doctor Crusher because she was a strong, sexy woman in charge. She was intelligent, flirty, and I really appreciated the relationship she had with Picard.
But... Q was my favorite. He was so petulant and arrogant, he reminded me of Trelane. His relaionship with Picard was similar to Spock/Doc, and it was great to see Star Trek with more women. Amanda and the Q Continuum was great.
I don't know if i have a favorite episode. I loved the ones that played with TOS plotlines, such as Yesterday's Enterprise, and THe Naked Now (although Denise Crosby should never be allowed on screen ever at all under any circumstances under penalty of death). All the holodeck episodes. Datalore. Everything Q. All Vash episodes. But...nothing with that Dr. Pulaski. Ugh. I couldn't stand her.
Least favorite characters... Tasha Yar and the Romulan daughter crapfest. Dr. Pulaski. Just because, really.
Favorite species....evil? The Borg. Like the Daleks and the Cybermen had little singleminded babies. And Romulans. Because cloaking is made of win.
Not evil species? the Q.

However, since women stil rule and men are still at our disposal, as in we still own you all, men now live in barns, are assigned numbers, and are categorized in a database based on libido, prowess, culinary ability, and mechanical ability. Men are removed from all offices and forced to carry our purses and bag when shopping.
i wish these painkillers kicked in faster.
