Eol - Alex Sharpe: Wicce Private Investigator (former detective sgt with Chicago PD)... I wonder why.

Merideth - Ellgawen/"Smoke": A bast with several lives behind her already... Alex's roommate and best friend... or Alex is Smoke's human depending on how you look at it.

Nimu - Penelope Rosa (???): Xanu... Nimu's still tweaking... we'll update for you lurkers later.

Reralae - Janelle "Rosetta" Hirta: An "odd one"... gifted like crazy but sort of unawakened, you know? Alex bailed her out of a rough spot at one point (or was it the other way around?)... in the few short months they've known each other, Alex has developed something of a big brother complex for the strange little lady he calls "Rosie".

Jeanne and I have out characters from Vesper's game an We would love to play.

Ooof! Guess I should have mentioned that we're not really recruiting at this time... this is more of a collaborative storytelling thing as opposed to a "game," really, and we've just barely started the groundwork... not 100% sure exactly where the story's going to take us, as it were...

Now, that's not to say that we'll never search for new characters to join in but, at this point in time, we're still just kind of "toeing the water" and would like to get something solid in the pot before we determine what sort of characters we might need to put an actual character behind... or something like that... In my mind we're not going to be looking for a huge amount of "gifted" types along the way (though that could change depending on where the story goes) and may likely need some "mudane" characters before we intro anymore "gifted" (For instance, I foresee Joe Kelly needing a player at some point but, at first, any other "gifted" characters that come into play are going to be "bad guys" or "bit players").

Keep checking back, though. Like I said, if this things takes off, we may just need some players to jump in and jive things up.

That particular tune kind of calls up Alex's "state of mind" at the point in his life immediately following the murder of his wife and the time following in which he took up active practicing of the Craft and started getting a bit of "retributuion" from the Azazelites... and... sort of what drives and haunts him, now!

Okay... there's so much more to come with this little confrontation, I'm sure... but that's what I've got scrawled out so far and figured it'd be a good place to pause for the moment. Started "feeling it" and got just a wee bit angsty...

I've posted Penelope's intro. I thought posting her Spanish conversations in Spanish might be a nice touch (I'll try to keep them simple), but if it's easier I'll post them in English. In the meantime let me know if you need translations.

P.S. I think the "spanish in spanish" adds great flavor to our crunchy little tale... No problems translating so far... All those years of HS Spanish triumphs again! Not too proud to ask for a translation when I need one, though, trust me.
